(Bangkok Post file photo)The Criminal Court on Tuesday dismissed red-shirt leader Jatuporn Prompan’s bail after revoking his bail in a terrorism case on Oct 11. Mr Winyat said the court rejected the plea for his client’s release on the ground that it just revoked the bail on Oct 11 and saw no reason to change its decision. The lawyer said he would consider an appropriate time to petition the court again or may appeal against the bail withdrawal in the Appeals Court.
